    Time Stop

    Name: Time Stop
    Circles: ? / ?
    Description: Only the caster may move units or cast spells while Time Stop is in effect.
    All other game mechanics are halted even for the caster. No production/mana income/research/etc... Time Stop has a massive mana upkeep so will run out in time due to no mana income.




    A very powerful spell to gain an edge in a war.

    I have mixed feelings about this spell. I think Water/Mentalism are the best circles, but this spell is scary to me.

    We're talking 4-5 turns unless someone is clearly super far ahead and cast it to make mop-up easier. The MoM upkeep was 200.
    4-5 turns will turn the tide of war for sure but isn't a guaranteed win.
    Also, if someone casts Time Stop it would seem natural to me for diplomatic relations with everyone to be strained.
    Clearly this should be a tier 9 spell.
