    Hmmm... I don't think I'd ever cast this. I can't think of a situation when it would be effective.

    Don't think I would ever cast it either... we could alter it like "the mana cost of all strategic spells cast by an ennemy when the battle is within your borders" or something that, if we want to salvage it.
