    Description: Increase production of enchanted city by 15%.



    Well Earth should have a prod bonus spell if it doesn't already. Do we want just the prod bonus or do we put a twist on this one like we have with the others?

    I'd prefer to rename it, but I think that earth just dealing with production and not touching unrest would work.. if anything, maybe make it work better when you build the same thing over and over and call it Mass Production.
