Although the "look at me" exposed waist is a bit out of place, and silly.
Agreed with Wraithstalker, it feels like she realises that she doesn't have any exposed flesh and quickly fixes that to attract attention. I would like to tell her that she is gorgeous without those tricks.
Randomly exposed flesh has little place on an actual warrior.
Get rid of the exposed flesh on her waist. Also, it looks like she's wearing a skirt, how is she supposed to ride a Pegasus with that. Give her pants instead.

Riding around in the sky with exposed flesh? Probably time to revoke her pilot's license. And get her a cardigan for xmas.
The skirt over pants works if its a leather or chain skirt, or some form of decoration.
Wraithstalker, the Pegasus rider is a cavalry unit. Wearing a skirt will make it much harder for her to ride a horse. (It might be doable with an English saddle, but the skirt would still be pretty uncomfortable to ride in.)
