    Description: Each figure striking the cloaked unit is blinded for one turn unless they succeed in a fortitude save.

    OK, this one was very recently proposed. What tier do we like for it?

    Tier 1 or 2. I still think reflex is a more apt save.

    Blind just removes your to-hit bonus, correct?

    It does a bit more then taking away your to hit bonus, according to the wiki. If it does all that in this game is another question though.
