    Do we have the definitive list for this? Or a tentative one?

    Tier 6: Righteous Might (ST, a powerful single-unit buff)
    Tier 7: Eternal/True Light (S, bonuses for living/maluses for undead on a whole plane)
    Tier 8: Master of Positive Energy (S, passive, all the caster's buffs are buffed) - possibly needs a namechange
