    * new spell icons and abilities icons
    * a lot of gui fixes, changes and adjustments
    * global production/gold/food income is now visible on city screen
    * new gui for unhallowed cities

    * resources revamp - balance, spawning changes. all planes should have roughly the same amount of resourses
    * new resources to fill "emptier" planes - 27 total
    * a lot of active unit abilities
