We could always make him a traditional viking type warrior. We should have at least one of those.. Axe, shield, raiding ability...

I like Haps idea as well.
Maybe he could have a weakness to posions and his strength inflated to make him the strongest orc melee hero?

I decided to go the ranger route after considering the way the hero list was shaping up. Here's my writeup:
