Middle mouse scrolling (+why is there not an UI subforum?)

Why isn't the middle mouse scrolling direct? This "analogue stick input" thing that happens really does not belong on a mouse or in a game like this.

Also, with the game currently having a really rather poor and basic UI, why isn't there a subforum dedicated to improving it?

to be honest i would much prefer to be able to drag the screen with the left / right mouse-button.....PRETTY PLEASE. this option is so much better, middle mouse-buttons are most of the time stiff and quite bothersome to use. clicking and holding the left / right mouse button (depending on the control scheme) is a much needed addition in my opinion (pleeeeasse^^).
