The following is an excerpt from Update #12 for Graywalkers: Purgatory (Turn-Based Post-Apocalyptic RPG)
The Graywalkers KS is going on right now and is a 4X RPG with full tactical combat. If they hit all their marks it looks to put Baldur's Gate and Skyrim to shame. Do check it out and pledge. The base game pledges start at $20, $18 if you hurry.

Anyway, the creators have started a Shouting it Forward initiative, which was inspired initially by our own Aaron Ethridge.

• "Shouting It Forward" - this was inspired by Gavan from Voxel Quest. Like them, we will now start doing shout-outs for worthy projects, particularly games that we find cool and awesome even if we don't have a cross-promo arrangement with them. Not that we wouldn't be thankful if they shouted for us in return but we wouldn't be expecting it if we did. I'm coining this initiative "Shouting it Forward". In addition to that, if you have any projects which you feel need help or you feel is worthy, please let us know and we will do a shout-out for them. We believe that we should all help each other here in the Kickstarter community and letting each other know about these projects are a service not only to the developer, but also to the community as well. Lastly, to push this initiative one step further, we will be putting up a mini site for it and people and groups who believe in this ideology can join the initiative there. We will keep you posted on this developments of the website. Thanks to Gavan and Aaron for inspiring this.

I'd like to thank Aaron for this. I've backed Voxel Quest, which I would not have heard about without him. I'm not interested in backing Graywalkers personally, because I don't like the setting, but I hope it succeeds.

BTW for those who aren't backers yet (or want to up their pledge) there is a stretch goal running on Torment: Tides of Numenera (which is the only game getting me even more excited than Worlds of Magic, if I may confess my infidelity )
