[BUG] - too many Unhallowed Harvesters after sacrificing population
I've seen what looks like a bug to me. After sacrificing population to finish producing something, once the population regenerates it seems to be required to be a harvester.
I currently have a population of 6 and 5 of them are locked in as Harvesters, with a negative energy output of 25+.
