multiplayer cant reenter game session again

Hi, yesterday i started a multiplayer game with two others. We had 5 ai mages. The 2 first rounds work ok, than a player could not enter that game again to do his turn.
We started a different game, multiplayer 3 human, 5 ai mages and after 2 turns again a player could not reconnect to the game.
Both games are still active and waiting for a player to log in. but if that players try to log in, WoM could not find the server.
