[B0009] - FIXED - Army Abilities/Perks descriptions for Dark Elves

Bug Description: Incomplete Perk/Abilities listing; some have multiple instances of same perk, some have a description of 'a succe'


PLATFORM:
Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8”, 32GB (Model SM-T710), Android 5.1.1 (and whatever stock UI, apps, etc…) This is my dev unit for programming, so the only non-stock apps are 4 games, including Planar Conquest.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE & RESULT:
#1 Start Game with Dark Elves
#2 MENU/CITIES/HOME CITY/BUILD UNIT (where you build your army units, etc...)
#3 Select any unit (default of Spinners)
#4 Tap PERKS/ABILITIES tab (fist icon). PERKS will have 3 instances of Spell Resistance shown, one of them have a description of 'a succe'. Blood Letting has a description of 'a succe'.

Almost all units have the same/similar issue.



NOTES/ADDITIONAL INFO: I'm only playing Dark Elves right now, so other races may have similar issues, but haven't checked... I can confirm that this happens on iOS as well tho.
