[B0010] - NOT A BUG - Leveling Crombie from lvl 7 to 8 gives no new perks

to Recreate: bring heroes to these levels.

Leveling at lvl 6 gives option of new skills as expected. However, leveling to lvl 7 and 8 gives an empty list as seen in these links.

Not a bug. Every hero gains a new skill every second level up, starting from the first.

Judging by the explanation provided by hover dog you are correct in stating that there is a missing skill for level 8 of the character in your second screenshot.

Crombie starts at level 6th, so he should be granted extra skills on levels 7th and 9th.
