    [B0012] - OPEN - AI doesn't use dispel magic intelligently enough during battle

    Superhero units (units buffed with spells) are extremely powerful in this game (due to farily imbalanced spells at present). The AI needs to compensate for this strategy by using dispel magic more often in combat.
