[B0015] - OPEN - Cannot target the transmute spell

[Physrho]

Android -Bluestacks app player on PC

Steps:
1 open spellbook and click on transmute spell.
2 once the cast box appears, I am unable to move around and target a terrain square.
3 click cast and nothing happens. the spell simply goes into the storage.

Notes:
I haven't tried this on my phone only on blue stacks.
