    editor and Windows 7 64-bit

I’m running Windows 7 64-bit and I can’t run the editor in any resolution other than 640x480. If I try to run it in my normal resolution (1920x1080) I get a “ed has stopped working” error immediately. It will run IF I change it to run in 640x480 mode in Compatibility mode. The game itself seems to run just fine, it’s just the editor won’t run, even as administrator. Any ideas? Thanks…

Are you forcing editor to run at that resolution?
It should be enough to just maximize it.

I can not get it to run any way other than using compatibility mode and checking "Run in 640x480 screen resolution". I've tried many of the resolutions my monitor supports and it will only run using compatibility mode and checking "Run in 640x480 screen resolution. All other resolutions give me the "ed has stopped running" message....

OK never mind, I found out what the problem was. In the past, I had changed my display text size from smaller (the default) to medium. Changed it back to smaller and the editor fires right up. Thanks and sorry to have bothered you... ops:

p.s. any chance that the editor will work with different text sizes in the future? My eyes aren't as young as they once were :-|
