Problem to run the game: d3dx9_35.dll file

Hi there,
I have recently bought the game. Once downloaded, when I try to run the game, I just receive an error message saying that the d3dx9_35.dll file is missing.
I DO HAVE the directX 9.0c but the mentioned file is not there.
I have tried to donwnload the game again with the same result.

What can I do?

What kind of DX 9.0c you have.
Mentioned file was available in August 2007 release (maybe even a little bit earlier)

Or just download d3dx9_35.dll and put it to "windows\system32\" directory.
Probably you already googled it.
