I'm playing a PBEM with 3 other players, and at the start of our game i noticed that :

- I can change the fog of war to 20 hex before opening the save in the preference menu. It's not blocked. If i do it, i can play with the FOW setup at 20 hex : i tried. As French, i can see the german OOB from the maginot line to Berlin. In our PBEM !!!

- I can change easily all parameters in the csv files of our game. By exemple i can change all my units to level 5 if i want Of course i can change lot of parameters that my opponents can't see (strengh of units, by exemple)

Because this, it's impossible to play Time of Wrath in PBEM. To easy to cheat.
