Naval battlenot like manual and no AIPs available

is there a bug with the navel battle process, every time i play a game it does not go as said in the manual also when i go to invade a country by sea i never have any AIPs its always 0/0

Regarding AIPs, you can purchase them in the buy menu under other.
Regarding naval battles, they never happened for me either. I was wondering about this as well.

It just seems to me like the game would have needed a few more days to be finished.
Apart from this, what also seems to be different than the manual suggests is that there is never any social unrest nor any diplomatic cost when declaring war. Looking in the manual, for example declaring war on Switzerland should cost me 150 DP and give me 40 % social unrest, but right now all countries give no consequences.

Naval battles are turned off by default.
You can turn it on in preferences menu, under Gameplay tab

Regarding diplomacy, Germany. haven't tried for the otehr antions yet.

According to the manual, Axis leader pays no DP for DOW.

thank you for your help, i solved both my issues... the game is pretty sweet im sure they will only make it better with updates...but for now i have no complaints
