Missing serial number

I have just bought a copy of your game “strategic War in Europe” via your internet store.
Ive recieved an email with a download link, downloaded the game, installed it, started it and
it wants me to enter a serial number.
Ive got no serial number in the email ivgot from “share it” or “digital river”.


What can i do ? Can u help me please ?

We just sent Serial numbers to all customers who bought the game trough Digital River Services.
If you have bought the game and did not received serial number.
