    Yd'Rup's Amplifier

    Name: Yd'Rup's Amplifier
    Circles: Augmentation / Water
Description: The caster's Augmentation spells are harder to Dispel.

Something to help your augmentations stick. Clean. Simple.

I love it. I like stacking augmentation spells on my heroes/powerful summons/high-tier units, and I get always grrr when a simple "dispel" removes them all. So definitely a spell I would cast

Good effect. Weird name. Is Yd'rup from World of Magic's lore somehow?

No, I'm throwing bones to the design team.
D&D has famous mages of lore like Tenser and Mordenkainen.
WoM should have mages of lore also.

I think this would be better off in Earth. The spell seems great, though I won't get a chance to use it much because I will probably prefer to play as a Destruction or Mentalism mage.

EDIT: -1 to the name. The name needs to actually be pronounceable. I hate to say it, but everything with only the five letters from Purdy's name is either unpronounceable, like Yd'Rup, or sounds really, really stupid, like Durpy or Pyrud. May I suggest Elessir Dann as an alternative.

Or, we could just not use names. While some people enjoy the nomenclature of things like Tenser's Floating Disk, I abhor it.

I chose Water as the element because on the wiki Adaptation is listed as one of Water's attributes.
